Our Journey

2019 : infinite-VARIABLE is under conceptualisation with the vision to revolutionise community interaction through adaptive spaces.

2020 : The concept of iVUniverse begins, integrating digital and physical spaces to enhance community engagement through technology.

2021 : The Base is launched in Pune as our first multi-utility community space, setting the foundation for future projects focused on creativity, arts, and culture.

2022 : The Beta launch of iVUniverse marks a significant milestone in our journey, blending technology with physical spaces.

2023 : The Hub is introduced in Pune, rapidly achieving profitability and becoming a key space for technology, creativity, and community engagement. This year also marks the beginning of The Hub franchising initiative.

2024 : infinite-VARIABLE begins expanding globally with the franchising of The Hub, aiming to license over 100 new locations worldwide. The year also sees the growth of iVUniverse and the development of new phygital spaces & impact matrix property management services.
